Example : Functionplot

This example shows the drawing of a function (y = f(x)) via Javascript and the XY-Meter applet. You may change function or parameters of the applet (header, title of x /y-axis, number of calculated points, the visible range,..) by using the corresponding HTML form (only type the new value into the form and press the corresponding button). The used applet methods together with their parameters are described in Applet Methods.
The buttons are explained at the end of this document.
In order to see which applet methods are used for drawing or changing parameters please look at the source of this document. You can find the source file in Sources.

You need to refer to the javascript, either within the document, or in a separate file:
<script language="Javascript" SRC="javascript.js"></script>

The script is available in the zip file.
