Although there are many text scrolling applets on the Web, you'd have to search high
and low to find any that are as well documented and as configurable as TextScroll. This
version, developed using JDK 1.0, is a great learning tool for those getting into the Java
language, and it's a great way to add slick effects to your page without slowing it down. Source included!
