"Distorter" is an applet that loads an image and allows you to
distort it using your mouse. You can even add a "zoom-distortion"
if you click your left mouse-button, and you can "inverse-zoom"
with the right one. There are some parameters that can be changed,
and, of course, any image can be used.

compression utility.
